Cliff has been with the company since this office opened its doors in 2010. He manages the day-to-day operations of all of our technicians here along with many other things. Cliff has IICRC Certifications for WRT (Water Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), Lead Renovation and has passed all four ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program) categories, which include Crew/Customer Service, Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Carpet & Upholstery Restoration.

Stacy has been with SERVPRO since March 2012. She runs all of our cleaning, pack outs, and contents inventory on properties that have experienced fire or smoke damage and on any general cleaning jobs as needed. Stacy has passed all four of the ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program) categories, which include Crew/Customer Service, Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Carpet & Upholstery Restoration.
